Our Story
Built on the road. Growing with the community.
Rondel Trading Limited began as a haulage operator moving goods across the UK. In 2019 we sold our wagon fleet to focus on forecourt retailing — then rebuilt our own transport arm in 2025 through Mapleleaf Petroleum, giving the group direct control over fuel security from terminal to forecourt. Today, Rondel Group is the parent to seven trading businesses across energy, hospitality, property, recruitment, construction and automotive care.

The group divests its wagons to concentrate on petrol station retail — Blakenhall and Witton Road come online.
2025Mapleleaf Petroleum launches
Following industry-wide supply disruption, the group builds its own fuel distribution operation from Kingsbury terminal.
2026Maple Leaf Express opens
Our forecourt retail fascia debuts on the A465 in Bromyard, with further sites in the pipeline.
